  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for IT investments and alternatives in business language.
  • Strong commercial orientation, appreciating the business usage of systems developed.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Awareness of Dev Ops and Agile principles.
  • Awareness of data transformation and full cycle of data integrity checks will be valued.
  • ACP (Agile Certified Professional) certification would be an added advantage.
