About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning team.

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality learning materials that engage and support employees in their roles.
  • You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create effective and interactive e-learning content, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse workforce.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and graphic design. You will also contribute to the administration and advancement of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it remains up-to-date and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement high-quality learning materials that align with our organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive e-learning content.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our LMS, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with eLearning content or functionality.
  • Provide technical assistance to employees on the use of the LMS and related systems.
Requirements
  • Degree or certification in Instructional Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an instructional design or eLearning role.
  • Familiarity with Articulate 360 suite, specifically Storyline and Rise.
  • Strong visual design skills and experience with graphic design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
