Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and service Vertiv equipment, including commissioning, after-hours service work, and other tasks as directed by the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan customer service maintenance visits in a structured and methodical manner.
  • Complete Time Sheets using digital reporting tools daily.
  • Field Service Reports must be completed for every maintenance and service call attended.
  • Carry out commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours service commitments professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and provide feedback to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with training requirements across multiple Vertiv technologies.
  • Maintain company vehicle and personal appearance to the required standard.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, record use, and report accordingly.
  • Comply with all Work, Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality obligations.
  • Actively promote safety in the workplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience within the HVAC / Critical Cooling space.
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate.
  • Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
