Key responsibilities include preparing fresh pizza dough, taking customer orders over the phone or in-person, and ensuring each pizza is crafted with care and precision.

Team members also play a crucial role in cutting and boxing piping hot pizzas straight from the oven, dispatching deliveries before they're handed over to customers, and safely preparing food for consumption.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Meet and greet customers on the phone and in person
  • Serve customers with a smile
  • Upsell menu items and products to boost sales
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct quality control checks on pizzas and other food items
  • Prepare pizzas and other food items safely and hygienically
  • Assist fellow team members during service hours
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
