Mandarin Speaking Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager with Mandarin language skills to join our team at EBR. As an Assistant Audit Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading professional service firm in Sydney, providing financial services to Chinese state-owned and private organizations and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution and delivery of accounting and financial services for clients.
  • Be responsible for external audits such as financial statement audits and trust accounts audits.
  • Supervise and guide less experienced team members.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, maintaining these relationships after engagement completion.
  • Represent the company externally in activities held by the community and society.

Requirements:

  • Competency in Mandarin.
  • Preferably financial statements audit experience.
  • Registered Company Auditor qualification is highly regarded.
  • Completion of CA / CPA / ACCA qualification (or equivalents).
  • A deep knowledge of audit principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, multitasking and time management skills; great attention to details.
  • Familiarity with CaseWare and Reckon APS.
  • Australian PR or visa that allows you to work full-time.
