Role Overview

As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base.

You will be responsible for sales and lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the club experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Enhance the member journey through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Active involvement in member retention programs

About You

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
