We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity that requires an active self-starter who is willing to learn all aspects of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and store packaged goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Pick and arrange delivery of customer orders and branch transfers in accordance with branch requirements.
  • Perform repack and transfer of materials into pail and drum SKU as required.
  • Perform pigment and resin mixing as required for customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks daily, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Participate in stocktakes and cyclic counting of warehouse materials to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process paperwork associated with receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update and maintain computer records, using data analysis tools to optimize operations.
  • Fully comply with all relevant Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and operational procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service to Point of Sale customers at the trade counter, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, problems, and complaints through to completion and resolution, or refer them to appropriate personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current forklift license and ability to operate safely.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operation procedures and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and hazardous materials storage is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications and SAP is an added advantage.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
Qualifications
  • High School level Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification or experience in complying with dangerous goods regulations and hazardous materials storage is a plus.
