Transformation Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive technological innovation across our operations and architecture strategy.

This role offers the unique opportunity to lead large-scale technology projects, manage cross-functional teams, and drive digital transformation in complex environments.

  1. Drive Strategic Architecture: Develop and execute enterprise architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Champion Innovation: Oversee AI & data architecture design, evolution, and governance, researching emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
  3. Lead with Authority: Manage central technical strategy, chair Architecture Review Board activities, and provide expert direction in technology-related decisions.
  4. Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.

About You

  • You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • You bring 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managing technology projects and driving digital transformation.
  • You are certified in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with expertise in AI & data architecture, enterprise governance, security architecture, and integration patterns.
  • You have significant experience in manufacturing and retail industries, with understanding of operational technologies, supply chain systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
