We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Mazda Southport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing our sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and achieve sales and gross profit objectives for the department and individual sales team
  • Lead by example, mentoring and coaching a high-performing sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor and act on business management information to optimize new vehicle performance and profit opportunities
  • Set clear standards to ensure the Ultimate Customer Experience is achieved every time
What We're Looking For:
  • A driven individual with a strong track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to and lead a positive team culture
  • Strong negotiation, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to set goals and targets and lead a team to achieve them
  • Knowledge of motor dealership systems, including Pentana and Dealer Socket, is an advantage
