Senior Tax Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our market-leading tax practice in Canberra.

As a Senior Tax Professional, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of industries and clients, including corporate groups, trusts, privately owned businesses, and high-net wealth families.

  • Deliver comprehensive tax services, including preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations, financial statements, tax planning, employment taxes, and advisory services.
  • Provide expert tax advisory services, dealing with complex tax matters, including exposure to international tax issues.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored taxation advisory services, covering extensive ranges of diverse clients and entity types.
  • Be a point of contact for our clients, collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.
  • Collaborate with tax network to deliver value-added solutions and insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Accounting.
  • CA qualification (or on the path to completing CA or an equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 3+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high-wealth high-net worth individuals, and private family groups.
