Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Public Sector team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure architecture, and database architecture, with experience in leading complex technical projects and communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures to meet customer needs.
  • Build relationships with customers and partners to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives and ensure short-term technology decisions align with long-term goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
  • 7+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Able to lead complex technical projects, possibly involving multiple teams.
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience architecting or deploying Cloud/Virtualization solutions in enterprise customers.
  • Able to create PoCs, demos, and/or scripts from scratch or using reusable components.
  • Experience working with Federal government.
  • Able to present to technical and business audiences (training, workshops, publications).
About the Team

This role is part of the Public Sector Solutions Architecture team, working with public sector customers in the Australian Government, National Security and Defence. Our team empowers every customer to grow by providing tailored service, unmatched technology, and unwavering support.
