Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Goodstart Albany. As an essential member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Your primary objective will be to foster a nurturing environment that encourages children to grow, develop, and thrive. You will work closely with our senior educators and educational leader to design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the requirements of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of child development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages children to grow, develop, and thrive
- Work closely with senior educators and the educational leader to design and implement high-quality educational programs
Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
