Billing Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this Billing Administrator position. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to correspondence, and handling escalated billing enquiries.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service through the timely and accurate management of customer accounts, as well as data entry and management of the customer solutions team. This includes process account adjustments, refunds, and transfers, and acting as the primary point of contact for complex billing enquiries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent numerical attention to detail
- Able to work within defined timeframes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement
- High level of Administration skills and experience
- IT proficiency including MS Office and an understanding of billing systems or utility services preferred
