Personnel Security Governance Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive and shape the personnel security function in a high-profile government agency. As the Personnel Security Governance Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust personnel security frameworks, aligned with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).

You will lead the implementation of effective onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees. Additionally, you will oversee risk management activities, including international travel and secondments, and maintain accurate records and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong policy development and risk governance capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have 5+ years of experience in personnel security, with in-depth knowledge of PSPF and government security protocols.
