Coles is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Coles Local team as an Evening Trade Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate customer-focussed team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of team members across all areas of the store during the afternoon and evening trade, including replenishment, fresh produce, and service checkouts.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to provide great customer experiences.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, performance management, and coaching.
- Work collaboratively with other store leaders to achieve business objectives.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced retail leader who has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, and be able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve great results.
You will be an active and energetic leader who is able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will also have a passion for being the champion of customer and community engagement initiatives, and driving culture and passion for 'Foodie Inspiration' and 'Better for You'.
