We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Perth Metro based team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing your expertise in Civil Construction Industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Execution: Supervise one or multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Team Management: Manage construction crews, including labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, and machine operators, as well as select and coordinate sub-contractors.
- Resource Allocation: Organize materials and machinery, ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time to meet project requirements.
- Task Allocation and Monitoring: Allocate tasks to team members and monitor work to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Site Operations: Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance with all practices, policies, procedures, and statutory and local regulations.
- Pre-Start Meetings and Machinery Checks: Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks.
- Company Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the project team, employees, and subcontractors on site.
- Safety: Prioritize safety as a high priority and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate a solutions mindset and strong focus on delivering exceptional results to customers.
- Organization: Be highly organized with a good eye for detail.
- Leadership: Motivate team members to achieve better results.
- Technology: Be comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, and Word.
