Nursing Operations Manager

The Nursing Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the development, implementation, and management of nursing services within healthcare organizations.
As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will oversee the initiation, planning, design, and evaluation of nursing units or wards to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Leadership and strategic direction of nursing teams
- Commitment to excellence in quality patient care and safety
- Governance of practice in adherence to relevant standards, guidelines, and policies
- Resource management, including procurement and human resources
- Participation in organizational leadership teams
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a current Practising Certificate and demonstrated expertise in nursing operations, resource management, and Quality Assurance practices.
The successful candidate will have experience in leadership roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care outcomes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
