About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Duratec Australia.

Job Overview
  • This is a permanent, ongoing career opportunity in Sydney with potential for advancement into a future Project Manager role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years post-graduate experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and creating QA/QC documentation
  • Coordinating direct labour workforce, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Quantity take-offs
  • Project procurement
  • Providing advice on technical and engineering issues
  • Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • An understanding of the bigger picture and ability to self-manage workload while working well in a team
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Ability to obtain a Defence (DCAC) pass
