Senior Asset Maintenance Manager

As a Senior Asset Maintenance Manager at Raytheon Australia, you will lead and manage maintenance teams across a complex organisational structure. You will oversee maintenance performed by internal maintenance teams and subcontractors, ensuring that maintenance activities are correctly conducted, certified and recorded.
You will ensure compliance with the approved maintenance management and workplace health and safety systems. You will also ensure that maintenance requirements and requests are planned, scheduled and managed in accordance with program priorities.
Additionally, you will monitor and control maintenance activities to ensure completion within budget, schedule and required quality outcomes. You will champion the deployment of the maintenance management system, including compliance with policy, regulations, safety and training requirements.
", "Skills, Experience and Qualifications": "To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma of Engineering - Advanced Trade or Technical and a Diploma in Leadership & Management, or equivalent. You will also need a minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
You will have practical knowledge of leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a work area. You will also have advanced knowledge and skills specifically within radio and information communication systems with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organisation.
Substantial experience working at a management level within a complex integrated team project environment is also required. You must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
