Customer Service Representative

This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent service in-person. You will also be responsible for receiving and dispatching products, processing customer payments, and maintaining inventory of parts.

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Receive and dispatch products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to an efficient office environment by performing general administrative tasks.

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and familiarity with office software.
