We are seeking a strategic procurement specialist to join our team in driving procurement activities within the operations and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will be accountable for designing and implementing procurement projects, taking responsibility for sourcing activities from inception to contract execution, vendor management, and reporting. They will liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and drive procurement projects
  2. Take responsibility for sourcing activities within the category
  3. Vendor management and reporting
  4. Liaise and work with both internal and external stakeholders

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement, with a proven track record of leading and/or supporting ongoing commercial relationships for large businesses.

Requirements
  1. A minimum 3 years' experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement
  2. Lead and/or supported ongoing commercial relationships for large businesses
  3. Supplier negotiations, contract reviews, and extensions experience
  4. Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders/negotiate and lead commercial outcomes
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills
