Machinery Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Machinery Supervisor to oversee equipment operation and maintenance at our production site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth start-up and operation of machinery.
  • Conduct daily inspections and report any issues to supervisors or the maintenance department.
  • Supervise workers operating grading and machinery equipment.
  • Monitor production processes and perform quality checks.
  • Adjust machine settings for optimal production and minimize unplanned stops.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a relevant field and 2+ years' experience OR 3+ years' experience in food packaging/processing.
  • Experience operating machinery and resolving minor mechanical problems.
  • Unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence and High Risk Work Licence.
  • Cultural adaptability and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
