Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing person-centred care and supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Accompany clients on outings and activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance
- Proof of working rights and a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in the disability sector or a relevant qualification is highly desirable
