Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting your colleagues to achieve sales and KPI goals, and maintaining a high level of stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable experiences for every customer
  • Support the team to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Maintain a high level of stock management, including receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Ensure the store remains organized and tidy at all times
  • Contribute positively to the team environment with a can-do attitude and good vibes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is desirable but not essential
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a love for sneakers and streetwear
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals
  • An open-minded approach to learning and feedback
