As a Diesel Fitting Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing tasks including discussing problems with vehicle drivers to discover faults and carrying out their own diagnosis procedures. You will also have the opportunity to work in a workshop environment and then move across to being truck-based with one of the mobile mechanics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
