**Job Summary**

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students who are vulnerable and disengaged from education. As an Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with students and providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in education and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of how trauma impacts on learning.

The role involves developing, implementing, and reviewing individual education plans, as well as working with children and young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement individual education plans that cater to the needs of each student.
  • Work closely with students to build trust and establish positive relationships.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes academic achievement and personal growth.

**Requirements:**

  • Appropriate experience and qualifications in education.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A sound understanding of how trauma impacts on learning.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and review individual education plans.
