About the Role

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of tailings areas at our mine site. This involves operating heavy equipment, including bulldozers and tractors, to shape and compact tailings deposits.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in operating similar equipment, preferably in a mining or construction environment. A strong understanding of mechanical principles and basic computer literacy are also essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating bulldozers and tractors to maintain inner bund integrity and shape deposition areas
  • Liaising with engineers to ensure quality control and assurance documentation is completed
  • Maintaining equipment to high standards and supporting daily tailings operations
  • Demonstrating behaviours aligned with our company values
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced operator who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Requirements:

  • High school certificate and 1–5 years of experience operating bulldozers and tractors
  • Qualification in Dozer Operations or equivalent desirable
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer literacy
  • Solid literacy and numeracy skills
