Job Title: Ticketing Officer

We are seeking a skilled and professional Ticketing Officer to join our team at the Eagle Farm race track.

About the Role:

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to ticket purchasers, recommending suitable ticketing options to meet their needs.
  • You will be required to talk customers through the online booking process, ensuring that they have a seamless experience.
  • Data entry is also an essential part of this role, where you will create and update patron records accurately and efficiently.
  • Distributing tickets and ensuring access control into the course is another critical aspect of this position.
  • You will be responsible for processing customer payments and managing ticket inventory.
  • In addition, you will assist the sales/sponsorship teams with other administrative duties as required, such as setting up promotional codes.
  • Providing a high standard of customer service that meets and exceeds the clients' expectations is paramount in this role.
  • You will also be responsible for setting up packages to go on sale through the ticketing system.

Requirements:

  • A confident and clear communicator is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with customers regularly.
  • Presentation is key, and you must present yourself professionally in a busy environment.
  • Availability for Saturday Race Days between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm is a requirement.
