About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness and Leisure Sales Ambassador to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve set sales targets on a daily basis by providing exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests.
  • Provide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems.
  • Conduct tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription.
  • Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a fun and dynamic work environment.

Requirements
  • A strong sales and customer service background with experience in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities.
  • Sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
