The Sarina Russo Institute offers industry-focused training with a strong focus on providing participants with an outstanding learning experience, offering flexible delivery, equipping them with the skills, knowledge and support for successful employment outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate facilitator to mentor and facilitate employability skills training for job seekers to create real opportunities, assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence and capacity to effectively engage with technology. You will also run job club sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience in coaching/training and facilitating
- Ability to network with potential employers and build relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with technology
- Suitable for someone with previous experience in the Employment Services Industry.

**Requirements**:

- Dynamic facilitator with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
- Confident promoting program to Employment Service providers
- Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, complimented by strong time management skills
- Professional presentation
