The Role

As Senior Account Executive, you will drive sales cycles from initial contact to signing of the deal.

You will maintain good client relationships and take part in market analysis and relationship building with senior management and key opinion leaders.

You will achieve New Logo sales targets established by Sales Director of the region.

Prepare and execute territory sales plans in accordance with Temenos strategy.

  • Achieve New Logo sales targets.
  • Start and manage full new logo sales cycle.
  • Negotiate or assist in negotiations.
  • Establish relationships with primary alliance partners.
  • Provide leadership in client relationship management.
  • Assist in market research and build perspective client profiles.
Requirements

Proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in banking and financial sectors.

Deal with people at all levels within organization and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.

Navigate long and complex sales cycles across banks and financial institutions.

Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes.

University education in relevant business disciplines.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

International exposure and ability to be deployed across territory.
