Retail Assistant Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll be playing a vital role in creating a unique shopping experience for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the world.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for hidden treasures and be able to help us create a visually appealing store display. You'll also be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and providing excellent customer service.

We're looking for someone who is reliable, honest, and punctual. If you're seeking retail work experience or just want to meet new people, we'd love you to join our volunteer team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting sales efforts and achieving sales targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Centrelink approved and willing to undergo a National Criminal History Police Clearance
