Job Description

The Full-Time Store Manager will be the driving force behind the success of our Hobart boutique. As a key member of our team, you'll lead a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and managing day-to-day operations.

This role involves:

  • Sales Generation: Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Analyse Sales Trends: Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community, plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.
  • Customer Building: Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalized service, implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
