About the role
As a Store Manager at Coles, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. With a strong background in fast-paced retail environments, you'll be able to create engaging store displays, energize your team, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
About you and your skills
- You have experience in fast-paced retail environments and a passion for learning about our products.
- You're a strong communicator and enjoy working with people to deliver excellent customer service.
- You're organized and able to manage multiple tasks, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
- You're motivated by the opportunity to hit store goals and boost sales.
- You have an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one.
