We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team in the beautiful Mid North Coast NSW region. This is a dynamic role that offers a chance to make a difference by creating safer and cleaner environments for our clients and their communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, flexibility to work outside standard hours, and possession of a valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle. Window cleaning, hard floor restoration, and detailed cleaning skills are highly regarded. The ability to operate specialized equipment and work from heights is also an advantage.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities, with training provided for those who do not have previous experience. Our team environment is supportive and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. If you're looking for a career with purpose, we encourage you to apply.

About You

  • A positive attitude and commitment to punctuality and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including overnight stays when needed
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • The ability to provide a NSW Police Clearance and Working With Children Check

Your Experience and Skills

  • Window Cleaning: A range of commercial and residential windows
  • Hard Floor Restoration: Resilient, ceramic tile, wood, and safety flooring
  • Detailed Cleaning: Including amenities blocks, offices, and schools
  • Specialised Equipment Operation: Scrubbers, sanders, and window ionisers
  • Working from Heights: Knowledge of safe practices for elevated tasks
  • Physical Fitness: This role requires manual handling and physical exertion
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to motivate others
