We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Sydney CBD. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be the friendly voice that customers trust for answers. Whether it is a question about a loan application, account management, or financial products, you will be the go-to expert guiding them through their experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year experience in a customer service role within banking/finance environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Experience in asset finance would be a real bonus in this position.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $72,000 per annum, plus superannuation. You will also enjoy free breakfast every morning, yoga room, and regular sociable events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, account management, and product information.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding company policies every step of the way.
  • Stay up to date with the company's products and services to provide customers with the best recommendations and insights.
  • Work with a team of passionate professionals across departments, creating seamless communication and delivering top-notch service.
  • Keep clear, detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system, ensuring everything is in order.
