We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team in a key administrative role.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to provide high-end customer service and administrative support to our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Responding to incoming calls and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating administrative processes and tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Corresponding with clients and colleagues via email and phone
  • Providing marketing and general administrative support to the team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Certificate of Registration required by law
  • Exceptional standards in terms of customer & client service
  • Professional presentation & verbal/written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize a high volume of work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • System savvy and the ability to pick up new technologies and processes with ease
