Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality beverages with precision and care, including mastering latte art and crafting unique drink combinations.
  • Ensure all food and drinks meet the highest standards of presentation and quality, adhering to our rigorous preparation guidelines.
  • Manage supplier orders for coffee, drinks, and sweets, maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Contribute to smooth café operations by supporting opening/closing routines, cleaning schedules, and workflow management.
  • Deliver warm, welcoming customer service and build positive relationships with patrons, creating a loyal customer base.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during peak periods while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold our commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  • Assist in driving sales and enhancing café performance through teamwork and innovative ideas, helping us achieve our business goals.

About You:

  • You have experience in café or hospitality roles (barista experience essential; management experience a plus).
  • You have a genuine passion for coffee, food, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • You possess strong organisational skills, including stock ordering and staff rostering experience, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability.
  • You are reliable, flexible, and willing to learn and grow with the business.
