Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our team in delivering sustainable solutions for major projects across New South Wales.

As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, client management, and project delivery for complex environmental impact assessment and approvals projects across NSW.

  • Providing technical leadership and client management for complex environmental projects
  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams by designing and coordinating studies and environmental assessments
  • Building strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to support successful outcomes
  • Business planning and strategic decision-making, seeking out new project opportunities and preparing proposals
  • Preparing technical reports and growing our team's technical capability through mentoring and reviews

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or a related field
  • Over 15 years of professional experience in a consulting environment
  • Expertise in setting strategy, design, coordination, and management of environmental impact assessment studies and regulatory approvals applications
  • Strong knowledge of NSW and Commonwealth environmental legislation and planning policy
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects, business development, networking, and client relationship management
