Change Management Lead
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives, enhancing care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing change management strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during change projects.
About the Role:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to support organizational initiatives in the aged care sector.
  • Conduct impact assessments and define change goals, including identifying stakeholders, setting objectives, and establishing KPIs.
  • Align change management plans with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep staff, residents, and families informed and engaged throughout change projects.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Change Manager or Specialist within business transformation initiatives, along with qualifications in a relevant field such as business, health administration, human resources, or psychology.

About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the aged care, healthcare, or community services sector.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps) is highly desirable.
