Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to provide operational support to our General Manager, Service Delivery. The successful candidate will act as a triage point for day-to-day operational issues and partner with Program Managers to optimize operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Provide operational support to the General Manager, Service Delivery, and ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Triage and Issue Resolution: Act as a triage point for day-to-day operational issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with Program Managers to resolve operational issues, organize meetings, and provide ad-hoc reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Adopt and implement best operational practices across programs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Information Dissemination: Ensure timely dissemination of information to relevant parties.
  • Facilities Management: Liaise with Remote Assets Technician and Special Projects Lead to ensure offices and accommodation are safe and adequately maintained.

Requirements:

  • Operational Experience: Demonstrated experience in operational support, preferably in a matrixed organization.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Ability to work cross-culturally and navigate a complex organizational structure.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Highly developed organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Qualifications: Strongly preferred tertiary qualification or equivalent years of experience.
