Senior Tax Lawyer Opportunity

KPMG Law's tax dispute resolution team is seeking experienced lawyers to advise clients on domestic and cross-border tax issues. As a senior tax lawyer, you will be part of our growing national team providing expert advice to large multinationals, high net worth individuals, and other respected clients.


Your Responsibilities
  • Work with clients in preparing for and resolving risk reviews, audits, and disputes with revenue authorities.
  • Develop and provide legal advice to clients, collaborating with specialists across KPMG Law and KPMG.
  • Contribute to a culture of integrity, excellence, and collaboration, working nationally with partners and team members from other states.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in corporate tax, international tax, or tax law and/or tax dispute resolution, preferably in a Big 4 firm, law firm, or Australian Taxation Office.
  • Ability to deliver fully integrated solutions, making decisions to meet client needs and collaborating across KPMG's Tax & Legal practice.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, delivering quality services to clients, and providing value-add solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and work as part of a high-performing team.
