Job Title

A Product Development Director is needed to lead innovation in life-changing medical technologies. The ideal candidate will own the full product life cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams and devise road maps & go-to-market strategies ensuring compliance in a highly regulated market.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for new products or services.
  • Analyse market insights & trends to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Regulatory and Commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Devise pricing strategies ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Define business cases, user requirements & performance metrics to support growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on Medical Technology.
  • Proven ability to devise strategic road maps & execute them effectively.
  • Superior commercial acumen combined with strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation & stakeholder engagement skills.
