About The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to provide strong oversight across all business units of Forest Lake Lodge. Reporting to the Chair of the Board, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and exceeding compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service and care innovations that drive safety, efficiency, and improved quality and service outcomes.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Forest Lake Lodge business units.
  • Maintain accreditation of the home through compliance with the Aged Care Standards.
  • Embed the organisational values, ethos, and mission by leading by example.

Qualifications
