We are currently seeking a compassionate Assistant in Nursing to join our dedicated team at Loreto – Townsville. As an AIN, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care and assistance with daily living activities to our residents.

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, transferring clients (e.g. hoist equipment or slide sheets)
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of resident/s rooms
• Observe, report and respond to changes in resident/s health and wellbeing

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing individualised support to residents with complex needs
• Participating in regular handovers and reporting changes in resident condition
• Working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Individualised Support – Aged Care or similar qualification
• A caring and compassionate nature with strong commitment to resident care
• The ability to work well in a team-focused environment
