About The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-volume data entry, working on a temporary basis with potential opportunities to transition into a permanent position. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic manufacturing industry leader.

  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • A well-established company with over 60 years of operation provides a stable and secure environment.

Data Entry Officers are expected to possess excellent keyboard skills, taking approximately 6 hours per day to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Additionally, they should be able to learn complex job orders and adapt to new challenges.

A strong telephone manner is essential for effective communication with customers. Problem-solving skills are also crucial in meeting customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise. High attention to detail and strong numeric and literacy skills are necessary to excel in this role.

Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience in data entry and customer service. They should also be able to liaise effectively with external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in administrative support is beneficial.
