**Casual Pool Supervisors Wanted**

We are seeking expressions of interest for casual pool supervisors to join our team at Leisure World.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons. They will supervise the pool area, identify potential risks, and take action to mitigate them.

About the Position

This role involves delivering excellent customer service, providing lifesaving assistance and first aid when needed, and maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervising the pool area to ensure a safe aquatic environment
  • Identifying and reducing risks
  • Providing lifesaving assistance and first aid
  • Delivering excellent customer service

We are looking for individuals with demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse people.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • A valid Working with Children Check card
  • A current First Aid qualification
  • A CPR qualification
  • A Pool Lifeguard certificate
