Bridge Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Design Expert to join our Infrastructure team.

The successful candidate will be involved in the delivery, design, and documentation of project requirements, including the design of bridge and civil structures for public infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include providing support for strategic initiatives, interacting with clients and stakeholders, and writing technical reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures or Structural Engineering, solid experience in the design of bridges and civil structures, and proficiency in the use of Strand7, SpaceGass, or other suitable design software.

  • Design and deliver bridge and civil structures projects;
  • Support strategic initiatives and prepare proposals;
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to discern engineering inputs and requirements;
  • Write technical reports and documents;

Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures or Structural Engineering;
  • Solid experience in the design of bridges and civil structures;
  • Proficiency in the use of Strand7, SpaceGass, or other suitable design software;
  • Understanding of Australian Standards and current engineering and construction principles;
  • Good report writing skills and a track record of delivering projects on time;
