Operational Systems Manager

This role is pivotal in establishing and refining functional frameworks, enabling staff to operate within a structured and sustainable environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic operational processes in response to legislative changes and policy updates.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships by collaborating with frontline staff to test, adapt and embed new approaches.

Key Requirements
  • A Diploma (AQF 5) in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge in Out Of Home Care (OOHC) is highly regarded.
  • Proven skills in case management and process improvement, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • A collaborative approach, with a talent for building positive connections across diverse teams.
  • A commitment to compliance, quality standards and continuous improvement.
  • A proactive stance on audit preparedness and effective documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, modeling respectful, person-centered and therapeutic approaches.
  • The ability to foster a constructive, reflective culture.
  • The capacity to translate policy into practical, trauma-informed procedures.
