The Role

We're seeking an experienced Events Manager to spearhead our events strategy across Australia and globally. In this pivotal role, you'll manage end-to-end event planning and execution for Easygo and its brands, driving brand consistency, attendee satisfaction, and business success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Conceptualize and execute marketing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and impactful results.
  • Global Coordination: Oversee events in multiple markets, aligning them with company objectives and maintaining brand cohesion.
  • Project Oversight: Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful event execution.
  • Budget Management: Track and optimize budgets for cost-effective, high-impact events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve seamless event execution.
  • Logistics: Handle venue selection, contracts, catering, AV setups, and attendee management with precision.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and messaging across all events.
  • Attendee Experience: Design engaging events that prioritize attendee satisfaction and create lasting impressions.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and analyze success metrics to inform future event improvements.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive EAP package, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a global or multi-market setting.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing event budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
